Vamshadhara Paper Mills Ltd was incorporated in 1983 as a 300 ton per Month kraft manufacturing facility at Srikakulam. Today Vamshadhara Paper Mills Ltd stand at 6500 tons per month of Kraft paper and 2200 Tons per month of Newspaper spread across 2 units, one at Srkikakulam and other at Chennai

Once upon a time, in the picturesque state of Andhra Pradesh in India, there was an entrepreneur who had a vision to create a sustainable paper manufacturing company. They wanted to build a business that would not only be profitable but also contribute to the well-being of the environment and the community.
Thus, in 1983 Vamshadhara Paper Mills Ltd was born. The founders of the company knew that they had a challenging road ahead of them. The paper industry was notorious for its high environmental impact, and the traditional manufacturing methods were wasteful and inefficient. But they were undeterred, and they set out to build a state-of-the-art facility that would use the latest technology and techniques to
produce eco-friendly paper products.
Vamshadhara Paper Mills Ltd has a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that is equipped with the latest technology and machinery. The company's focus on sustainability is reflected in their use of eco-friendly raw materials and adoption of efficient production processes that minimize waste and reduce environmental impact.

Directors
The current board of directors at Vamshadhara Paper Mills comprises of five members. Mr. Rabindar Sennar is the chairman of the board, and Mr. R Rajendran is Vice Chairman. Other members include Mr Vijay Shekhar Rabindar, Mr Koushik Rajendran and Mr Rithwik Vijay Shekhar. Each of these individuals has a significant amount of experience in their respective fields, including finance, marketing, and operations management.
